As early October optimism fades, equities rely on risk premium

LONDON: The dark clouds of a slowing global economy and weak corporate earnings are gathering again over world stock markets, but rock-bottom bond yields leave few attractive alternatives and may sustain investment flows into equities.

Under his initiative, many sectors will be covered & will get boom in to the market, Such a step taken by our government will be very useful for development. Many deal's signed between foreign and Indian government, in which all are ready to transfer the technology to India for manufacturing purposes. Main agreement from the past one & one and a half year was in defence sector, Indian government buy some quantity of defence equipment & also started manufacturing in India. Many Public & Private Indian firm came in to the picture for this initiative. Now many foreign companies are also willing to establish their manufacturing plant in India.

Indian Defence upgradation.

Indian is now upgrading it's technology in defence. India sign many deal's with USA, Russia, France & also with some other countries for defence equipment & technology. It is more focussing on manufacturing rather than buying from the countries. Whether it is Indian Army or Indian Navy or Indian Air Force, day by day all the three forces become more & more stronger with new technologies, new defence equipment's & proper & scheduled training camp's.

Due to it's development, it will indirectly effect the manufacturing industry of India such as machine tool, Automation & many more. So try to find find out such type of industry where our investment will give good return. Some of the companies are HAL, Tata Advanced System Ltd. Tata Motors, Pipavav etc.
